Javier is a professional with 20+ years of experience in international Exchanges, Capital Markets, Financial Services & FinTech/Venture Capital, having held senior management positions with a number of financial exchanges, trading platforms & IT companies, including Deutsche Börse/Eurex, Chicago Mercantile Exchange CME/CBOT, PAVE MTF, MTS Markets (Euronext) and Cinnober/NASDAQ. He's currently IE Finance Pathway Director and Head of Finance at IE Talent & Careers.
