I have developed my professional career in the world of banking and professional services in companies such as Unicaja, Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. In these organizations I reached positions of responsibility both in their business lines and in their internal management structure. Currently, I am the founding partner and CEO of E-Squad The eSports Academy, the first esports school in our country. Likewise, I teach finance classes in several universities.

e-Squad Academy was created in 2017 and, currently, we have offices in Spain and Mexico.

We are known for having created a methodology of education, training and competition for esports where the values of traditional sports are fully present turning the practice of playing video games into a positive activity where inclusiveness, personal development and community generation are the real protagonists.
